Dental Insurance
We accept most forms of dental insurance; call our office at 478-207-6939 to see if your specific plan is accepted.
Not In-Network?
If our practice is not in-network for your dental insurance, don’t worry. If we accept your plan, you’re still covered, whether we’re in- or out-of-network.
Your Plan’s Not on Our List?
If we don’t accept your specific plan, you may still be able to make your claim to your dental insurer; contact your dental insurance carrier for details.
Cash Payment
We will always accept cash payment for services. Our office can accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

We also offer a membership program for our patients. Please visit our office or call to learn more about membership options.
Flexible Payment Options
If you need dental care but are currently limited financially, give us a call. We can usually offer you the care you need.
Financial Policy
As a new patient, you are asked to sign a Patient Consent Form. By carefully reviewing and signing the consent form, you are agreeing to understand the following concerning our financial policy:
I understand that the assignment of my insurance benefits will be sent directly to Advanced Dental Arts for services rendered. I understand that I am financially responsible for all charges, whether or not paid by insurance. I authorize the use of my signature on all insurance submissions. Advanced Dental Arts may use my health care information and may disclose such information to secure my insurance reimbursement.
